Maryland Attorneys Fighting To Recover Compensation For Persons With Significant Exposure To Roundup Suffering From Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma
Thousands of lawsuits have been filed against the maker of Roundup alleging that it has caused cancer. Lawsuits have alleged that the maker of Roundup knew for more than 30 years that there is a link between using Roundup and cancer, but that the company intentionally did not warn the public.
A jury in August 2018 awarded $289 million to one person who claimed that Roundup caused his cancer (subsequently reduced to $78 million). Another jury, in March 2019, awarded more than $80 million to another person who claimed that Roundup caused his cancer. Then, in April of 2019, a jury awarded more than $2 billion to a married couple who claimed that they both got cancer from using Roundup.
